JSC "Sigma Telas" company specializes in energy facilities automation, energy management and accounting systems. Our company implements any scale engineering projects - from the national level systems to the energy systems of accounting for small and medium enterprises that use "cloud" technology-based solution.
Since company foundation in 1992 more than 700 projects have been implemented which majority of them were large – scale projects. It is consider to be our specialization. We work in many European countries but mainly in former Soviet territories. Between others, most complex solutions are adjusted in Lithuania and Byelorussia, where they cover all electrical hierarchy levels (national transmission networks, all distribution networks, international cooperation and even calculations for Lithuanian balancing market). We also have implemented national transmission level system for JSC "KEGOC" in Kazakhstan which includes 9 regional centers and interacts with more than 150 external systems.
In Europe and CIS countries power distribution companies have already started the realization of big projects and are planning the transition to global accounting automation system in the electricity retail market. Some systems have already reached the number of 150.000 – 500.000 – 1.000.000 meters.
At this level, "Sigma Telas" developed and implemented systems are in great demand. As an example, it could be mentioned installed systems in Kazakhstan (Astana REK, Akmolinskij REK, PavlodarEnergo, SeverKazEnergo, Dzeskazganskij REK, VK REK and system in Almata – AZK which will serve up to 1 000 000 metering points), in Russia (System DRSK - Far Eastern Generating Company, the system in KES Holding, where heat metering project is being realized (heat networks and heat generation in 16 regions of Russia), heating and hot water accounting system ОАО "TEPLOENERGO" in Nizhny Novgorod) and Ukraine (DneprOblEnergo), and the network system of distribution in Lithuania (the system joins together electricity and gas counting).
Among company’s completed projects are huge corporate systems. These projects meet the enterprises of "Lithuanian Railways" and Kazakhstan JSC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" (in Kazakhstan Railways company the system is installed in 12-distances), systems of mobile providers with hundreds and thousands of connected objects (in Belarus - Velcom mobile provider – up to 2500 objects, in Lithuania - Omnitel (now Telia) communication provider). Currently we are working on realization of united system for UzTelecom and UzMobile. In Kazakhstan market we have installed systems for "KazachMys" Corporation (mining facilities, metallurgical plants, power stations and cities), oil industry factories and others.
JSC "Sigma Telas" rents the sevice of energy resources accounting and monitoring system based on the "cloud" technology (so called SaaS – Software as a Service) in Lithuanian, Russian, German and Polish languages. Russian interface server users are in Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and the Ukraine. Most of Lithuanian companies use this service too. For example, it was made a system for „Maxima" supermarket network which combines more than 450 centers and over 5000 meters in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia with plans to expand into Bulgaria, Poland and Spain. One more system was made for "Carlsberg" breweries in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
